HiiT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. And that is exactly what this class is all about. Kick your body into shape in this high intensity class, let the music inspire you and push you to your limit.

15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of toning and 15 minutes of stretching, for an overall body workout.

LATIN DANCE

Latin Dance. Let the rithm of the latin music take you away in this fun cardio based dance workout class. Shake, shimmy and sweat the stress away!

BALLET FIT

Based on ballet moves, this is a low impact class. Perfect if you are getting back into fitness or want to improve you balance and core strength.

CIRCUITS

A fast pace high intensity circuits class. Let the music guide you and swap between cardio and upper and lower body exercises.

HIP HOP

Hip Hop Get dancing to current pop music in this cardio based dance workout class. Let the beat whisk you away and workout while having fun.

Low impact toning class that concetrates of strengthening your body and iproving your flexibility.

30 MINUTES TBB

30 minutes Total Body Blast. A quick 30 minute workout to fit in to a lunch break or at the end of a busy day. This fast paced class will take you through a full body workout before you can say bibbidi-bobbidi-boo.
