Join these special one off PILATES classes, with the chance to experience the wonderful grounds of Emmanuel College in Cambridge. A 45 minute class that will work on your strength and core working through breathing and control all in the wonderful outdoor setting of the curated college gardens. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT.
