Rule Training is a provider of workplace First aid training solutions, delivered at your work premises or at our studio in Cambridge.

Training is provided by our in-house first aid instructor who is a registered nurse with clinical experience in both the NHS and private health sector, with a passion and interest in trauma and first response.

Every session is a safe space to learn, practice and build confidence, no matter your background, or experience level.

First Aid at Work

3 day course

This course is suitable for those who need to be First Aiders in the Workplace in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. This course can be adapted to suit a particular audience or common work place hazards in your industry.

Half Day Basic Life Support

(Including for Healthcare professionals)

This course is delivered inline with current Resuscitation Council (UK) Guidelines and can be adapted to suit a variety of audiences, from the complete novice to those who are skilled but want to update their resuscitation skills. This course is very hands-on and perfect for healthcare professionals with a duty to respond.

Emergency First Aid at Work

1 day course

The Emergency First Aid at Work course can be adapted to suit a particular audience and is ideal for lower risk businesses, in line with the Health and Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981.

Half Day Annual First Aid Refresher Course

This is a half-day annual refresher course that is suitable for those staff who have completed either the three-day First Aid at Work or the one-day Emergency First Aid at Work courses.

First Aid at Work Annual Requalification

2 day course

This 2 day classroom style course is for those that need to renew their full First Aid at Work Certificate. Please note that candidates attending this course must be in possession of a valid (not out of date by more than 28 days) First Aid at Work certificate.
